She is a member of the Redwood City Flyers, which placed first in team scoring with 56 points. Her brother, Nick Sakelarios took first place in the ten-year-old division for 880 race walk and second in the mile race walk. Other points were scored by Angelo Sakelarios, Steve Wagner.
