Fear Felt for Pier Angeli LOS ANGELES CAP) Police rushed to the Bel Air home of Pier Angeli Friday night after getting a call from her ex-husband's part ner indicating the actress was ex tremely upset. Police Sgt. W. H. Bertsch said the acti ess obviously had been He said no suicide attemp lud been made.

The excitement began when the actress phoned her ex-husbanrt singer Vic Damone, at his res taurant in Fresno, Calif. Damone said she asked aboui press accounts linking him to another woman and then became upset. As he continued talking to his wife, he signaled his partner Sol Branker, to call police in Los Angeles. Damone continued talking to his wife untO police arrived at her home. Learning that his wife was al! right, Damone said: "Oh, gee, that's great.

I was kind of worried about her because she got upset. In spite of every, thing that's happened I'm very happy everything's all right because she's a great gal and I think the world of her."
