Villa Chartier's New Mini-Menu Is Winner Norris Palmer, the "sparkplug" of Emerson Murfee's Villa Chattier and Laaai restaurants, plus the Lanai Liquor Store, is featuring a "winner" at the Villa Chartier in the new Mini Menu. It's not for light eaters the portions are plen- Jtiful. However, the calorie count makes the difference (also note prices).
