Showmen who created 'Razzle Dazzle' team up to produce 'City-Lites' at the Flamingo Hilton o. himself in English entertainment circles. Moore then brought his creative expertise to the United States and to Las Vegas, where he appeared as a featured dancer at the Last Frontier Hotel. Later, he produced shows for what was then Doc Bayley's "New Frontier" and Hacienda hotels. While at the Hacienda in the capacity of Entertainment Director, Moore met and teamed up with Arnold, creating what has become one of Las Vegas's most successful entertainment On Ice." They immediately followed that show with their most ambitious production to date, the long-running "Razzle Skater Arnold has starred in top nightclub and ice shows around the world, and has performed in a number of Warner Brothers pictures.

London born Moore brings many years of theatrical and performing experience to the show. He began his career as a dancer, appearing in a variety of different shows in England. He later turned from performing to producing shows, soon making a name for Las Vegas showmen George Arnold and Bill Moore have teamed up to create one a new show for the Flamingo Hilton "City Lites." In their 20 years together, Arnold and Moore have produced a long string of successful shows, beginning with Caesars Palace's inaugural production, "Rome Swings," which starred Andy Williams. From there, they went on to produce smash shows at the old Thunderbird, the Sands, the Riviera, the Aladdin and the Hacienda hotels. In the 1970s Arnold and Moore moved to the Flamingo with "Playgirls UJ o-v a a Flamingo Hilton's all new spectacular "City-Lites" is on view nightly at the 8 p.m.
