Lawyer, wine expert Theodore Diller Chicago Theodore lawyer Craig for more Diller, than' 50 years and a former partner in Lord, Bissell Brook, was a noted expert and writer on French wines. Services for Mr. Diller, a resident of Kenilworth, will be held at 1 p.m.: Friday in the Church of the Holy Comforter, Episcopal, 222 Kenilworth Kenilworth. He died at home Monday. "He was very dignified and wellmannered, a gentle kind of person," his wife, Barbara, said.

"His mother died when he was 4. His father, a noted physician in who had manners that were a little rough, insisted that his children's be perfect. He played football when he went to Kenyon College Gambier, but that was because they needed every student to play in order to field a team." Mr. Diller graduated from Harvard Law School in 1928 and later served as chairman of the Harvard University Law Society of Illinois. He moved to Chicago in 1929 Teresa C.

Figliulo Mass for Teresa C. Figliulo, 91, a Chicago public school teacher for 45. years, will be said at 10 a.m. Friday in St. Christopher Catholic Church, Midlothian.

Mrs. Figliulo, who lived in Chicago's Beverly community, died Monday of a heart attack while visiting a son in Texas. She was a member of the Alpha Delta Kappa sorority and active in the Mercy, Alumnae Association. She is survived by her husband, Joseph 2 sons, Joseph C. and John; 17 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.

Rochelle S. Fey Services for Rochelle S. Fey, 67, a retired bookkeeper, were held Thursday in Scottsdale, Ariz. Mrs. Fey, a former resident of the North Side, died Wednesday in her Arizona home.

She moved to Scottsdale four years ago after retiring from her bookkeeping position at a metals company. Mrs. Fey is survived by two daughters, Janis Siegel and Suzanne Gantz; three grandchildren; a brother; and two sisters. Michael "Mike" Mochizuki Mass for Michael "Mike" Mochizuki, 67, banquet manager at the Como Inn restaurant where he worked for 47 years, will be said at 9:30 a.m. Friday in St.

Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 1637 N. 37th Melrose Park. Mr. Mochizuki, who lived in Lemont, died Monday in Loyola University Medical Center, Maywood. He began his career at the Como Inn, 546 N.

Lauderdale hospital. He operated Star Steel and Wire from 1959 to 1983. He also had been the owner of a Chicago-area laundry and dry cleaning business. Mr. Schorr is survived by a sister, Jane Szeklucki.

Rita Guse Mass for Rita Guse, 58, a special education teacher at Braidwood Grade School, in Braidwood, will be said at 11:30 a.m. Saturday in St. Rose Catholic Church, 603 Main Wilmington. Mrs. Guse, a Wilmington resident, was killed Wednesday in a car accident in Braidwood.

Mrs. Guse had been a public school teacher for 35 years and at one time taught at Byford Elementary School, 5600 W. Iowa St. She is survived by her husband, Charles, president of Local 10-208 of the Chicago Federation of Musicians; two sons, Charles Jr. and Air Force Sgt.

John; and two daughters, Margaret Burgess and Carole Sailer. Mr. Mochizuki is survived by his wife, Delores; three sons, Larry, Lenny and John; a daughter, Pamela Schirmer; five grandchildren; and two sisters.

Dr. John B. Murphy Mass for Dr. John B. Murphy, 76, staff pediatrician at St.

Francis Hospital, Evanston, for 45 years, will be said at 11 a.m. Saturday in Queen of All Saints Catholic Basilica, 6280 N. Sauganash Ave. He died Wednesday in Resurrection Nursing Pavilion. Dr.

Murphy had formerly been chief of pediatrics at St. Francis Hospital, and I in 1965 he was the chief of the medical staff at the hospital. He also was medical director of the Lambs Farm in Libertyville from 1963 until recently. He won the distinguished service award from the Chicago Pediatrics Society in 1982. In 1983, he was given the public service award from the Chicago Medical Society for his years of service to the former St.

Vincent's Infants Hospital and to the Catholic Charities Adoption Service. Dr. Murphy, who lived on the Northwest Side, is survived by his wife, Dorothy; five sons, John, James, Patrick, Richard, and Michael; six grandchildren; a brother; and two sisters. Evelyn M. Reilly Mass for Evelyn M.
