One (1) of the Parish of Richland: On Tuesday, the 14th day of February, 1122 as set forth in the following abstract of said Ordinance: Section 1. F.e it ordained by the Police Jury of the Parish of Richland, in' lawful session convened, that an election shall be, and is hereby called to be held in the said Road District No. One (1), on' Tuesday, the 14th day cf February, 1922, at which election the majority of the property tax payers of said Road District No. One (1) in number and amount eligible vote and voting, shall determine the proposition to incur debt and issue additional bonds of the said Ditrict to the amount of Seventy Thousand Dollars, to run for a period of Twenty-five years, bearing interest at the rate of six per cent (rV per annum, payable semi-annually, the funds thus derived to be used for the purnose of constructing Roads in said District. The said election shall be held at the following polling places, and by the officials named, each being a registered voter: (1) At Holly Ridge-, Election Commissioners, 15th, R.

PROCEEDINGS POLICE JURY OF RICHLAND PARISH A petition from the citizens of Road District No. 1, of Richland parish asking that an election be called for not later than second Tuesday in February 1922, was received, as follows: "To the Honorable Police Jury in and for the Parish of Richland, State of Louisiana: We, the undersigned voters and tax payers in Road District No. 1, of your Parish, hereby petition you to call an election in the said Road District No.

L.
