Harold M. Losby Sr. Services for Harold M. Losby a longtime pharmacist on the Northwest Side, will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in the chapel at 4332 N.

Elston Ave. Mr. Losby opened Losby Pharmacy at 5657 N. Lincoln Ave. 43 years ago with his wife, Harriet.

He was a member of the National Association of Retail Druggists. Mr. Losby, who lived all his life in the Chicago area, died Friday at home. In addition to his wife, Mr. Losby is survived by a son, Harold a daughter.

Joan Schrambeck; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a Bruce Jay Minnick Services for Bruce Jay Minnick, 29, owner of a Hanover Park construction company, will.be held at 10 a.m. Monday in the chapel at 9200 N. Skokie Skokie. Mr. Minnick, of Hanover Park, died Friday in Delnor Hospital, St.

Char-' les, after a snowmobile accident. He formed Arlington Builders five years ago and built single-family homes in Naperville and Arlington Heights. Mr. Minnick is survived by his wife, Lois Ann; two sons, Blake Ryan and Tyler Jay; his parents, Harry and Betty Lou Minnick; his maternal grandmother, Estelle Morrison; and a brother, Craig. Anna M.

Vertuno Mass for Anna M. Vertuno, 95, of Melrose Park, a retired Cook County employee, will be said at 10 a.m. Monday in Sacred Heart Catholic 15th and Iowa Streets, Melrose Park. Mrs. Vertuno, who died Thursday in West Suburban Hospital, Oak Park, had worked for the county recorder of deeds office and the Audy Home.
