The segment was taped in the Las Vegas hotelcasino's Bacchanal restaurant, with the 100 graduates, chef and teacher Nat Hart and Harry Wald, vice president of Caesars Palace. The students, who attended the year-long course at Caesars Palace, are Las Vegas area residents, employees of the hotelcasino and employees of other Vegas hotels. yi Dec.
