Bonkers is the latest in a long (ine of Disney titles by Capcom and like I've said time and time again in this just can't go wrong with anything pisney. I wasn't that familiar with the character of is a relative newcomer as far as Disney characters I know he has his own cartoon show on TV. Bonkers D. Bobcat is, of course, a bobcat and unlike another bobcat videogame character, doesn't suffer from an attitude problem. i Instead, Bonkers is a totally tuts cat former toon star, who decided he had enough of the life of a movie star and wanted to make something of himself.

So Bonkers joined the Hollywood Police Department in order to live a life of excitement, danger find adventure. In Bonkers, you must guide Bonkers through Hollywood and jToon Town to recover three priceless treasures that have been tolen from the Toon Town Museum the Sorcerer's Hat, the Mermaid's Voice and the Magic Ump. Bonkers is one of the most enjoyable titles I have seen come flown the line from Capcom in juite some time (maybe I am just a good mood as I just returned rom his hometown of Where many games nowadays are geared for a more mature audience, Bonkers seems to walk the line right down the middle LEGAL NOTICE At their mting of June 22, 1995. the Board of Director of the Orangevale Recreation and Park Ulatrict adopted by Resolution I95-OS-107, their preliminary budget for the fiscal rear 199596. Brrecart Clerk of the Board Publish: June 28, 1995 OV 1 130 Orangevale Recreation and Park Diitrict Kenneth Grove Landscaping and Lighting Assessment District 6745 Hazel Avenue Orangevale, CA 96662 and is just as enjoyable for adults as it is the kids. "Many concerned parents face a challenging dilemma in purchasing appropriate gaming entertainment for their children given the vast and growing range of titles available, many of which are targeted to sophisticated and mature audiences," says Joseph Morici, senior vice president at Capcom. "Capcom has long been recognized for producing quality titles that contain wholesome themes and clever game play designed to excite, challenge and entertain younger players.

"As a father of two children, I highly recommend this title to selective, game content-conscious parents." Graphics and color in Bonkers are absolutely tremendous and the game is accompanied by a lively score just right for this "Toon" adventure. The game contains six stages with Bonkers going through a number of famous locations in and around Hollywood such as Toon Town and the Queen Mary. Donald Duck, Mickey Mouse and some other Disney characters also make guest appearances in this game. Of course it wouldn't be a videogame if bonkers didn't have some bad guys to defeat along the way. Using special bombs and his dash attack, Bonkers usually doesn't have a problem getting by the baddies.

If you're looking for a break from the fighters and the shooters, try the Bonkers. It's a delightful romp through Toon Town with one of the most enjoyable Disney characters in recent memory. work together to destroy the robot tanks and capture the flags; Base Raid in which you join with a drone tank to defeat your opponent; and Flag Rally in which you must capture as many flags on a level before your opponent does. Spectre reminds me somewhat of a game of chess (the playfield even sports squares like a chess board), and you must try to maneuver on this "board" or playfield to accomplish your goals before your opponent does or you lose your last life. Graphics and sound are really nothing to write home about in this title, but once you get going in the game, this is quickly overlooked as you set out in pursuit of your goals and especially trying to avoid (or destroy) other tanks that are shooting at you.

Spectre is quite a unique title for the SNES, although the way it looks and is set up reminds me a little of an old Atari computer title which I believe was called "BaUblazer." The look, however, is where the similarity ends, as the titles are quite different. Spectre was one of Cybersoft's first titles for the SNES and its originality is a commendable effort in this day when a lot of games start to look the same.
