High today about 84. Southern California: Mostly sunny today and Tuesday but increasing night and morning coastal fog and low clouds. Cooler near the coast today and in north and west portions Tuesday. Windy northern deserts. Southern California Coastal and Intermediate Valleys: Mostly sunny today and Tuesday but some early morning low clouds and fog Tuesday.

Not quite SO warm this afternoon. Cooler Tuesday. Southern California Mountain Areas: Some cloudiness but mostly sunny today and Tuesday. Continued warm today. Windy and cooler Tuesday.

WESTERN WEATHER SUMMARY Generally fair weather prevailed In the Pacific Coast States Sunday, There was considerable cloudiness In Washington and Oregon with a weather front high approaching the center North Pacific Coast. A pressure of 1,026 millibars was located about 900 miles west Los Angeles. A low pressure center of 994 millibars was located along the South- Wet snow whipped by strong gusty winds plagued the Upper Great Lakes region and nearby adiacent areas Sunday evening in association with an intense low pressure system located over Lower Medford, Ore. Memphis Miami Beach Milwaukee Paul New Orleans: New York Worth Platte Oklahoma City Omaha Phoenix Pittsburgh Portland. Me.

Portland, Ore. Michigan. Snow depths accumulated to near 6 In. in places, however. lesser amounts were more general.

Adding to the wintry scene of snow and blustery winds, temperatures dropped to around the freezing mark through the affected areas. Another low system developing over New Jersey brought rains, at times moderate, to the North Atlantic States with thunderstorms in Southern New England. Both Providence, R.I., and Boston collected close to an Inch and half of rainfall within 6 hours. Quite a different weather picture prevailed at other parts of the country. Skies were bright and sunny and midafternoon temperatures became pleasantly mild.

This was particularly the case across the South the Far West where temperature levels between 60 and 70 deg. were common. California had exceptionally fine 80-deg. weather of low humidity content with warmer 90s reserved for the arid regions at the southern interior parts of the state. Owner of Dog That Bit Arcadian Sought The owner of a dog that bit a 4-year-old boy in Arcadia Saturday was being sought Sunday so the youngster could avoid Pasteur treatment against rabies. Richard Krouse, son of Dr. and Mrs. John Krouse, 351 Naomi Arcadia, was bitten by a light tan dog, part bulldog, part boxer, near Holly St. and Naomi.

The dog was taken to Baldwin Park Pound, 4275 Elton St. OBITUARIES Arch C. Fisher Funeral services for Arch C. Fisher, 58, retired furniture company purchasing agent, will be conducted today at Inglewood Park Cemetery Grace Chapel at 3 p.m. Mr.
