Invitations are now being addressed for the dedication of the Junior League Girls' Club and the Harry Chandler Memorial Swimming Pool at the Salvation Army Red Shield Youth Center, 1532 11th St. According to Mrs. Joseph C. Shell, president of the Junior League of Los Angeles, the ceremonies will be held at 3 p.m March 20 with Commissioner Donald McMillan of New York, National Commander of the Salvation Army, officiating at the event. Also present will be Lt.

Commissioner Holland French, Territorial Commander of the Western States, Hawaii, Alaska and the Philippines. ris of N'York, who arrived Sunday.
