"Move" is the last film photographed by the late William Daniels, renowned as Garbo's favorite cameraman. His notable career spanned more than half a century and included an apprenticeship with Von Stroheim. To the end he kept pace with the times and remained always a master craftsman.

Ballet Folklorico of Mexico Set Amalia Hernandez and her 75 -member Ballet Folklorico of Mexico will perform tonight; Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 8:30 p.m. at Hollywood Bowl. It is really but still another variation on "SM," with a hero in whom you tell when reality leaves off and fantasy begins. The effect of this ploy here is at first merely confusing but finally downright annoying because Gould's hang-ups are simply too trite to demand such guesswork. Stiff doesn't. It's about the troubles of would-be playwright (Elliott Gould) who supports himself by walking dogs and writing pornography in getting moved from one New York apartment to another a couple of blocks away. We are meant to take this Incessantly delayed act of changing addresses as symbolic of Gould's need to move on to an acceptance of the world in which he lives.
