Lawson lived there until he was 21 years old. He lived at Hammon. from 1907 to 1946, when he to Jasper- county. He was a member of the Temple Baptist church in Carthage. Mr.

Edwards Dies. CARTHAGE, Jan. 9--E. A. Edwards, 31 years old, Carthage real estate and insurance dealer for 45 years, died at o'clock this morning at his home, 427 South McGregor street.

He had been in ill health for some time and last October 1 disposed of his Tea estate agency and retired. Mr. Edwards was a lifelong res of Carthage and vicinity I His parents were Mr. and ivl Joseph Edwards.
