Mrs. PaUegrino presided over the BCCO board of directors meeting last week at which the decision was made. 'This will solve the problem of a for our activities," Mrs. Pd- legrino said. The temporary phone number is 295-8154.

This development was made possible by the availability of an office in the William Penn Center, near FaMngton's Meeting House Square, on Newportviile Road. BCCO will repay any extra custodial costs created by its use. Staffing of the office will be by volunteers. Mrs. PaUegrino expressed the belief that Bucks County Community and church youth organization members would provide the main work force.

Their tasks will be to conduct research and analyze consumer complaints and problems as well as to provide information made available at the Center to BCCO members and the general public. In other action, the BCCO Board endorsed Governor Snapp's proposed "Department of Consumer Affairs" as a general concept This new assume responsibilities now held by the State Milk Control Board, the Public Utilities Commission, and the present Bureau of Consumer Protections.
