CHEROKEE COUNTY PIONEER PASSES AT AGE OF 84 Canton, March 19. (Special.) Benjamin Franklin Crisler, 4r and one of the leading citizens of Cherokee county, died here early this morning. Born intMilton county, Mr.

Crisler spent his entire, life in this section. He served in company E. 22nd Georgia regiment, Wright's brigrade, during the Civil War, until he was disabled. 3Ir. Crisler came to- Canton soon after the close of the war and entered the mercantile business in which he was continuously engaged for more than 60 years.
