Ruthroff Englekirk of Los Angeles is the structural engineering consultant for the project. College Building Begun Construction has begun on a $2-mil-lion administration building for Biola College in La Mirada. Completion is scheduled for next April. The structure is on a two-acre site and was designed by Rick Coleman and Associates, Irvine. Culp Tanner of Laguna Beach is the structural engineer and Saffell Mc-Adam Builders, of Irvine is the contractor.

The contemporary building will house administrative offices, a computer facility, classrooms and the college's art gallery. It is the third structure that Saffell McAdam has built for the college.
