(JP) Harold K. Hales, member of British parliament, today presented the blue ribbon trophy of the Atlantic to the Italian liner Rex. The trophy, a silver statuary group standing thre feet high, was received by Commander Tarabotto. The trophy will remain in the possession of the Rex until at least next November, but before that time the Italian ship must beat the speed rec WILLIAM T. XBKEW.
