7 was always a good channel on our set but now that they switched to the Sears building, the picture is weak and snowy. I understand no one out our way gets it either. What is the matter? Did they cut the power? M. D. It has nothing to do with the power.

ABCCh. 7 is permanently on top of the Sears tower but its antenna there is an "interim" unit. Your problem comes from the "permanent" antenna which is now under construction and blocking the signals to your area. The station is considering plans tor an auxiliary antenna somewhere in Michigan to relay a clear signal to your area. Failing that, you may just have to muddle along until the permanent antenna is finished sometime next year.
