The $10 million store, the group's 44th, is its fourth in the San Diego area. Designed by Charles Pudjack of Associated Architects, the three-story brick structure provides space in a village atmosphere for Broadway's full line of merchandise and services. The shopping mall has 130 specialty shops and boutiques, including a day-care center, ice skating rink, art workshops, community meeting rooms, three museums, outdoor ampitheater, diagnostic health clinic and movie theater.
