Perry, was blown up Tuesday morning and AVoltz and his son William and a man named Curtis are killed or fatally wounded. Curtis had his bowels blown out, and Jacob's head was nearVj- severed from the body. William was found -10 feet from the mill, with an arm and a leg missing.

CHICAGO, Feb. police authorities Tuesday morning received information from Council BlufEs, to look out for a grip-sack consigned to Murk Davis, a South Water street saloonkeeper, and supposed to contain worth of postage stamps, of tho proceeds of tlie robbery of the First national bank of Griswold county, early Monday morning.

Detectives went with the express messenger, and after the delivery of the grip to Davis they arrested the latter and his bartender, John Walmartin. The men with the grip were taken to the Central station, where the latter was opened and found to contain 'our large packages of postage stamps, a little over SliOO. Inspector Stuart, of the post oiliuu, was sent for and the two prisoners with the stamps placed in his charge. Jailer Peterson heard the shooting and ran to the spot, but before he arrived Eiley and the other man, who was uninjured, had fled.
