Last Sunday a loafer in this city who hasn't done a day's work or earned ten dollars in six months, was loudly discussing the labor troubles and deploring the starvation wages of iron workers, who get from ten to fifteen dollars a day. He was mingling bis howl with a farmer who has employed men on his farm all summer for thirteen dollars a month and worked them fourteen hours a day all summer.
