Fine, Sentence Manufacturer On Labor Dept. Charges N'cw Haven. N'ov. 26—(UP)—A Torrincton manufacturer WON fined a total of S350 and civcn a Jail sentence of 180 days when ho was presented in City Court Friday on charges filed by the State Labor Department. Anthony Amicone, who operates a dress factory in New Haven, pleaded no contest to the charges. They included failure to pay proper wages, working women more than nine hours a day and 40 hours a week and neglecting to keep records. Judfre Charles Kenchel suspended execnution of the sentence until Jan. 6.
