THE FIRST WARD! Routing Meeting on Saturday Ftom the extensive preparations made by the wide-awake Republicans of the First Ward, people were led to expect a somewhat enthusiastic meeting on Saturday night, bat nobody was prepared for the unprecedented success which crowned the efforts of those who had the matter in charge. When the large crowd from up beaded by Fosters Silver Cornet Band, arrived at the place where the meet- Dg was to be held, an Immense concourse of the citizens of the First Ward had already congregated, and a huge bonfire lighted up he broad common.
