10. SOKOLOWSKI about the incident in secret session Wednesday. Helms, now ambassador to Iran, denied any knowledge of the poisons, according to a source familiar with his testimony, Quoting sources close to the investigation, the New York Times reported Thursday that the Intelligence committee has evidence that the CIA considered "operational use" of the shellfish poison. Meanwhile, another Senate hearing was told that an Air Force study of the hallucinogenic drug LSD was conducted "like kids playing scientist." THE DESCRIPTION came during an investigation headed by Sen. Edward Kennedy on human-experimentation programs conducted by the Defense Department and the CIA.

Mrs. Mary Ray said that in 1966 she was a research assistant at the university of Minnesota involved in LSD studies being done for the Air Force by a Dr. A. S. Marrazzi.

She said a student gave her an injection of LSD after which she suffered a reaction of panic and thoughts of suicide. She said Marrazzi "was never here, it seemed" during the testing program. shipped across state borders. THIS WOULD be handled by two proposals. But they point out that last winter the nation got thru with a one trillion cubic feet shortage by conserving fuel and using other fuels.

Similar conservation efforts will be pushed this winter, they Julia Beckman, age 86, Sept. 10, 1975, dear sister of Oscar Beckman, the late Anna Stetzler, Betty Helmbold, Carl and Theodore Beckman; fond aunt of Lenore Bryden; Edna Helmbold and Ruth Large.
