CLEAR LAKE GLOBE-GAZETTE 12 Junt 3, 1W3 HANDLE WITH CARE! A glass jar is a suitable container for a pair of Iowa rattlesnakes. Jack Meggers, conservation officer for Cerro Gordo County, acquired the snakes from Highway Patrolman Richard Hahn, who with his son caught them at Sweet's Marsh near New Hampton. The marsh contains one of the heaviest infestations of rattlers in Iowa. One of the pair is about three feet iong and has rattles 1 A inches long. The other is just over a foot long The snakes will be taken to the State Conservation Commission game farm at Boone.

Guy L. Wagner, 75, died Sunday at a Mason City hospital where she lad been a patient nine days. The funeral will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Ward Funeral Home with Dr. John E.
