PLAN RITES OF HENRY WEMARK Lincoln Township Farmer Rites Wednesday RIDGEWAY--Funeral services for Henry L. Wemark, who died at the Decorah hospital on Sunday after an illness of several "weeks, will be held at the home in Lincoln township at 1 o'clock, and at the Lincoln Lutheran church at 2 o'clock, Wednesday afternoon. Ihe Quill will officiate. Interment will be made in the cemetery adjoining the church. He received his education in the rural school of Lincoln township and in Valders college in He had lived on a farm in Lincoln township since.

Mr. Wemark served as secretary of the Lincoln Lutheran church, secretary of the Lincoln Creamery and secretary of the Lincoln Telephone company for several years. He is survived by three sons, Harry, Leonard and Maurice, all of Ridgeway, and one daughter, Julia Wemark, who is teaching at Traer, three grandchildren, one brother, John Wemark of Kenmare, N. and one sister, Mrs. Tilda Bakken of Waubun, Minn.

John Vam Raden, 61, Dies; Final Rites Are Held at Home DUMONT--Funeral services for John Van Baden, 61, were held Monday at his home six miles southeast of here at 1 o'clock in charge of the Rev. F. R. Blakely, pastor of the local and Fairview Evangelical church. Music was furnished by Helen and Theresa Reiner of the Fail-view church.

Burial was in the Allison cemetery- Surviving are the widow, three -sons and two daughters, Leslie and Lester, twins at home with a daughter, Miss Gladys; Ernest, Aredale, and Mrs. Harold Smith, Three sisters also survive, Mrs. Louis Swansick, Minneapolis; Mrs. Margaret Burgess, Waterloo; and Mrs. Lee Porter, Dumont; and two brothers, Menno, Clarksville, Ralph, Allison, and three grandchildren.

Waldschmidt received a sprained shoulder. The accident occurred about three miles east of Algona as the couple was enroute to Whittemore. The car skidded on the icy pavement and upset. Charles Fosse, Once of Ridgeway, Dies; Conduct Last Rites RIDGEWAY--Funeral services for Charles Alvin Fosse, who died at his home in La Porte City Saturday, were held at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon at the Bradley funeral home at Cresco with the Bev. L.

J. Paris, pastor of the Methodist church of Ridgeway, officiating. The last rites were conducted by the Masons. A short service was held in La Porte City on Sunday. He was formerly of Ridgeway.

Pallbearers were Theodore Hopperstad, Ole Brenno, Rollin Baker, Albert Aegerter, John H. Bakken and Ole Magnus, all pE Ridgeway. Interment was made in the Ridgeway cemetery. Surviving are his widow and three children Ogden, Lewis and Mrs. Ray Johanssen, all of La Porte City.

From 1904 to 1917 he operated a creamery and produce business in Schley. In 1917 he founded the Fosse Produce company of La Porte City. Besides his wife and three children, he is survived by his mother, Mrs. L. T.
