APRIL 10 1931 Forest City Teachers Are Given Contracts SOREST CITY, April 10.--The entire staff of teachers in the Forest City public schools received contracts, from the school board y'es- · terday for another year's work. At the meeting of the school hoard all the teachers of the system signified their desire for re-election and the board offered contracts to them. F W. Rusaell has been re-elected president of the school board for the coming year. Son Dies in California. DECORAH, April 10.--Dr. and Mrs. S. B. Hustvedt of Santa Monica, Cat., lost their only child after an operation for the removal of his tonsils. The child's name was Eric, 2. Dr. Hustvedt'is the eldest son of the Rev. H..B. Tyvo men who attempted tq escape with a car from the Lapiner Auto company shortly before noon Friday were arrested and are held In the city jail. They will probably be charged with automobile larceny police officers salcf. A set of Colorado licenses, a set of dies for changing numbers, ant a package of blank bills of sale were among- articles taken from their grip. The men gave their names as Cliff Tromuley and Rov Edwards, both of Minneapolis. A revolver was carried in the grip. The men, driving a Ford.entered the Lapiner garage and started dealing for a trade in cars. They selected an Essex but suddenly entered it and drove away. Police were called by Sam Richer who was dealing with the men. Police pursued in a car ant! overtook the men on North Federal avenue before they left the city limits. Police are attempting to find out if the Ford deserted by the men is a stolen car. Move'to Dexter. Appeals of Two Capone Brothers Entered Upon April Docket of Court CHICAGO, April 10. (/P--The appeals of Al Capone, sentenced for contempt of court, and his brother, Ralph, convicted for income tax invasion, were entered on the April docket of the TJ.
