WESTERN WEATHER SUMMARY High barometric pressure continued over the far western United States with centers over the Geat Basin region and over the British Columbia coast.

A high pressure ridge was lust off the coast with center about 400 miles west of the Callfornia coast. Generally fair weather prevailed along the entire coast from Vancouver Island to the Mexican border. A very large low area was over and south of the Aleutian Islands. NATIONAL WEATHER SUMMARY As the record-breaking Arctic high moved off the Atlantic Coast during afternoon hours, a smaller push of Canadian air in the northern plains was laying new blanket of snow over much of the area from Nebraska, lowa and Northern Missouri eastward into Northern Ohio. Warnings of heavy snow accumulations of 2 to 5 inches were in effect over Eastern Missouri and Southern Illinois, as well as Northern Indiana into Western Pennsylvania.

Occasional light rain or drizzle and fog dampened Southeastern Texas and Louisiana. In the main snow belt, Kansas City, had 3 inches of new snow on the ground. Little in the way of weather could be found over the rest of the nation, with mostly fair and mild conditions over the Western States. The fair skies in the East Coast states were expected to give way to variable cloudiness today. On the cold side, the freezing mark was not exceeded north of a line from Nebraska to Northern Maryland, and maximums in the teens presented a cold picture from North Dakota eastward across the Upper Great Lakes into Northern New England.

Over the rest of the nation 40s and 50s were most common, with 60s or higher in the extreme Southeast and Far Southwest. Wing's treatment, my ulcer would be almost old enough to vote now. I suffered for 20 years from duodenal ulcer with burning gas and have had X-rays taken twice and taken the usual treatments without help. Heard about Dr. Wing and his natural methods that work on the cause of troubles. I went to him, took treatments, and after six weeks I was discharged.

It has been over a year now and I still feel wonderful, eat anything I want, rest well at night work hard and feel fine No sign of any recurrence." Dr. Wing, D.C., Chinese Herbologist. Call for appointment, L.A., 1429 S. Vermont, Between Pico and Venice DU. 2-2801.
