This oelng the day and hour heretofore set for th« letting of bids for grading and Incidental work on Division 2 of 3 divisions of P, W. A. Project, Federal Reference No. 4717, the Board proceeded to open the bids submitted. Supervisor K. G. Root offered Uie following: resolution: Whereas the bid of B. N. DiltG. Swaledalp, Iowa, was the lowest bid submitted for the construction of grading and Incidental work of Division 1 of 3 divisions, of P. W. A. Project, Federal Reference No. 4717. Mow Therefore be It Resolved by the Board of Supervisors of Cerro Gordo County. Iowa, that the said B. N. Dllts be awarded the contract for the said Improvement, subjfct to the approval of the Iowa State Highway Commission nnd also subject to the approval of the Federal Public Works Administration, and that C.
