Funeral arrangements have not been completed. The Patterson funeral home in charge. KOSSACK, Joseph, 82, died at his residence, 325 Carolina avenue southeast, at 10 o'clock Friday morning from influenza and pneu- m o n i a. Funeral arrangements have not been completed. Charles E. Snipps of the Meyer funeral home in charge. FARRAN, Charles, 53, died suddenly about 3:25 o'clock Wednesday afternoon at the Log Cabin Oil station, 1739 North Federal avenue, from heart disease. Funeral services will be held at the Meyer funeral home at 10 o'clock Saturday morning. Burial will be at Elmwood cemetery. The Meyer funeral home in charge. SENNEFF, Porter, - 59, N o r a Springs farmer, died at a local hospital at 10 o'clock Thursday . evening following a short illness. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 o'clock, Sunday afternoon at the Meyer funeral home. Burial will be at Memorial Park cemetery. Federal Progressives Win All Night Filibuster in Wisconsin Assembly MADISON, Wis., W--An all night filibuster by a group of embattled progressives was successful Friday in forcing postponement ot final legislative action on a bill to abolish the Wisconsin development authority. The authority was established during the progressive administration of 1S37. It set up a "little TVA" in the state to aid rural electrification.
