Reports as to what goes on at the 2G Indianhead farms on the home front reach General Mac- Nider as regularly as his battle reports from the fighting fronts. And the whole is a picture ol America 1944--a soldier and a general off to the wars and his farms at work on the home front in Iowa. Mrs. Harry Bisgrove (upper left) represents the'dis- taff side of No. 1 Indianhead Farm, She is the business agent keeps the books, makes out the reports and is now filing their income return. Mr. Bisgrove (shown below with some o£ his yearlings) handles the heayy work on the No. 1 farm. They reside irr the large home east of Mason City on highway No. 18 which formerly occupied the site where General MacNider built his country home in the Hawkeyc state where he was horn.
