NEW YORK, (.T)--The dispute between Rudy Vatlee. and George White, which flared into fisticuffs the other night, ended officially Saturday, and bol'n sides apparently were satisfied with the outcome. For one thing. Rudy was out of the "Scandals" which White greatly desired. On the other hand. Rudy had an official ruling that White couldn't throw him out of the show, which is all Ihat Rudy wanted. It scema that after the rumpus on the stage of the New Amsterdam theater earlier in the week when White landed a few blows on Vallee because the band leader 'called him an unprintable name, White decided he was going to end Vallee's connection wilh the "Scandals." The matter was placed before thiee arbitrators named by the Amcrrican Arbitration Tribunal. They considered the whole thing and then announced their decision that the "clash of temperament" was n"t sufficient to warrant the termination of the contract by White. Vfillce announced his decision to leave the "Scandals." -- i FOR RENT--Mod. front apt. 867. FOR. RENT--Mod. Penn. Adults. apt. 103 N. FOR RENT--2 rm. furn. Adults. Pri. ent. Ph. 1321. apt.
