(2) The general nature of the business to be transacted by this corporation shall be to erect, buy, own, maintain, sell, lease, remodel, and acquire hospital buildings, to- ·ether with nurses' homes and other buildings appurtenant, incidental or accessory to hospital buildings; to buy, sell, own, acquire, lease, and dispose of furniture and fixtures and hospital furnishings, accessories, and equipment; to operate hospitals in the aforesaid buildings or wherever convenient or practicable to conduct, maintain, and operate nurses' training schools; to buy sell, own, hold, lease, let, mortgage incumber, manage, and deal in rea estate of all kinds and also all kinds of personal property necessary, in cidental, or accessory to any of the foregoing purposes; and,to lease or let buildings held or owned by thi corporation or parts thereof to phy sicians for offices or to other per sons for purposes approved by th Board of Directors.
