WATERLOO. (.T)--Request that state law be altered so that a portion of revenue from fines of game law violators will go to a f u n d for restocking game areas w i l l he made by a committee of the Iowa game breeders association, it was announced following the annual meet- 'ng here. W. W. Bennett, Waterloo, who was re-elected president of the group, and W. R. Rumbaugh, Collins, will confer with slate conservation officials about the proposal. The receipts from fines now go to the school fund. Legislative action would be required to effect the change. The group also will ask that the legislature alter the law prohibiting sale of game birds for food, purposes, so that those raised by breeders may be sold to markets and resaurants. Henry Schwab.
