The signature concludes eight- and-one-half years of friction over rksome measures and retaliatory counterm ves. Banghart Trial for Kidnaping of Touhy Starts in Chicago CHICAGO, March 7.

(fl)--Basil (The Owl) Banghart, gunman, robber, and member of Roger Touhys former gang, went on trial today for the $70,000 kidnaping of John Factor.
