(fl)--Basil (The Owl) Banghart, gunman, robber, and member of Roger Touhys former gang, went on trial today for the $70,000 kidnaping of John Factor. Three of Banghart's mates --Roger Touhy, Gustav Shaefer, and Albert Kator--already are serving 99 year penitentiary sentences for kidnaping the wealthy stock broker.
