Butler County Resident Dies GREENE--Funeral services for Charles M e c k, 88, wiil be held Wednesday nl 2 p.m. at the Hnnn Funeral dome, with burial in Pleasant Grove Cemetery. ' Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Lou Franke, Mrs. Ed Ma- jeskl, Mrs. Jim Majcskl and Mrs. Clark Closer, all of Greene, JIo was the last of a f a m i l y of 13. Petition Seeks to Oust Tenants CHARLES CITY -- A'petition for forcible entry and detainer has been filed in district court here by Cli/ford Carter against Waller and Louise Shcfncer,, rural, Charles City. The petition requests the court to remove the Shefncers from a farm owned by Carter located four miles south of here on Highway 218.
