Other speakers who participated in" the convention were Professor James R. Hawkinson of Northwestern University and Ralph E. Knight, vice-president of Kaiser Aluminum and Chemical Corp. Greetings from Chicago to the PCI members were ex pressed by George DeMent, Commissioner, Public Works, for Mayor Richard J. Daley.
