Permit Issued FULLERTON, Sept. 13- Edward Soto has been issued a , $34,300 permit to build a seven-unit apartment build- Sales Increase at Tract Told A marked sales increase at Parkwood Estates, new La Mirada community of three and four-bedroom, two-bath homes being developed by Devon Construction Co., was announced yesterday by a spokesman for the firm. The homes are available on both FHA financing and new VA terms which require no down payment except for costs and impounds. The community may be 'reached via the Santa Aha Freeway to Valley View turnoff, north to Rosecran3, east to Luitweiler and right to Santa Ge&rudes, where the model homes are open daily and Sunday. Built-in automatic dishwashers, ash cabinets, hardwood paneling around fireplaces, ventilating fans and garbage pulverators in the kitchens are among the features. MOTOR HOTEL SLATED FOR DISNEYLAND AREA ANAHEIM, Sept. 13 Con- struction plans for the first Hotel Corporation of America unit west of the Missis sippi have been announced by Roger P. Sonnabend, vice- president of Hotel Corporation of America of Boston and general manager of the hotel division, and Leo Freedman of Beverly Hills. The Hotel Corporation of America will operate the 200-room hotel as one of its Charterhouse Motor Hotels under a long-term lease from Leo Freedman Enterprises, the owning company, it was disclosed. Between Entrances The multimillion - dollar project will be located midway between the two main entrances to Disneyland on Harbor Blvd. Construction is expected to start this year with a mid- 19;9 opening planned. Site engineers have completed their work and specifications are awaiting approval Dy city authorities. Plans include a coffee shop, cocktail lounge, shops, a swimming pool, two spe cialty restaurants. Complete banquet and public function room facilities are a part of the project.
