SUN CULT MEN. Children Refuse to Testify Against Leaders. Casps Against Beelcr and Gault are Dismissed. Trial of "Master" itanish Set for Next Month. Gilman Beeler, local leader of the Mazdaznan sun cult worshipers, and Arthur F.

Gault, president of the organization for the world, accused preparing fa lee evidence in the case of Otoman Zar-Adusht Hanlsh. self-styled "little master" of the cult, were discharged yesterday by Justice Hlnshaw upon motion of Deputy District Attorney Clark. The dis missals followed an effort on the part, of the prosecution to obtain testimony from four minor girls and on boy and from their parents. Up on advice of Paul Schenck, their attorney, the parents and children refused to testify on the ground that their answers might tend to incriminate them. The charge grew out of an effort on behalf of Hanlsh, while he was at large after being indicted.

The children signed an affidavit saying that their testimony before the grand Jury was false and that the grand Jury had forced them so to testify.
