Essentially it puts foreign envoys in Cuba under the same restrictions as Cubans and other foreign residents. Under these restrictions, prior oermission is required from the Cuban stabilization fund before airline offices or t-avel agencies will be permitted to sell tickets. Foreign Ministry approval of diplomatic travel requests is expected to be practically automatic. However Latin Americ—; and other diplomats have expressed surprise that persons of diplomatic status are not specifically excluded from regulations ?''iiod at curtailing the travel of Cubans abroad. PUBLIC FORUM ~TO ALL PARADE VIEWERS" During each parade and for several days following we .really blow our stack. We venture to say that 99 out of every 100 people along the .parade route do'not take the time or energy to salute Old Glory, and about the same few bother to remove their hats when the flag passes by. To each and, every one who marches in a parade and carries a' flag this is very disgusting. It makes one feel like shouting, "Is your.arm broken?" We would like very much to be in a parade once where the citizens of "this community would salute the flag. There are two parades coming up in the very near future, so please everyone try and. be a little more patriotic to Old Glory. It takes very little energy to salute the flag, and-it means so much to those who are in the parade. By Dean Winn, Past Comirjand- er, V. :'F. W. Post 3790,' and Charlene Davis, Past Pres., V. F. W. Before long Mrs. Pretty showed up, took one look at the bird and said: • "This is my Jezebel." A heated argument broke out. Then came the threat of legal action. • . "My lawyer has written to Mrs. Morrison ordering her to return the parrot within three days," said Mrs. Pretty. "I intend to'take the whole business to court unless get Jezebel back."
