ROY OWEN LTVERMORE Roy Owen, 87, of Livermore died at 9:50 p.m. Tuesday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Donna Johnson in Livermore. He was born Dec. 30, 1882, in McLean County and was a member of Woodward's Valley Baptist Church, tis! Church.

Also surviving are his widow, Mrs. Lydia Owen of Livermore; one son, Hector Owen of Livermore; two grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; one brother, Carl Owen of Nashville, Tenn. Burial will be in the Rose Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home. FRED M.MAY Fred M. May, 90, of Philpot died at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Owensboro-Daviess County Hospital.

He was a retired farmer. Born in Daviess County on Aug. 9, 1880, he had lived in the Habit community 63 years and was a member of the Bethabara Baptist Church, where he was song leader for 55 years. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Mildred May, and a half-brother, Waterson May of Sorgho.

Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday at the Bethabara Baptist Church by the Rev. Amos Kirkwood, pastor; the Rev. T. A.

and four great-grandchildren. Services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Full Gospel Tabernacle by the Rev. Bobby Alvey, pastor. Burial will be in the Elmwood Cemetery.

Ora M. Luckett, 90, of St. Joseph died at 4:55 p.m. Wednesday at Extendieare-Owensboro. Born in Uniontown on Feb.

22, 1880, she was the daughter of the late Dr. and Mrs. John P. Pike, a pioneer family of the St. Joseph community, and had lived in Daviess County most of her life.

The widow of Henry T. Luckett, she was a graduate of Mount St. Joseph Academy and College and a member of the alumni association, of which she served as president a number of years. Mrs. Luckett, a member of St.

Elizabeth Catholic Church in Curdsville, taught a number of years in the Daviess County School system. Survivors include two sons, Henry T. of Owensboro and John P. of Kvansville, eight of night. Highs today 40s to low 50s.

CLIFTON MANAWAY Mrs. Emma R. Manaway, 56, of 906 Cedar St. died at 9 a.m. Wednesday at her home.

She was a retired employe of the Glen-more Distilleries, where she had worked for 22 years. Born Dec. 22, 1914, in Owensboro, she had lived here most of her life and was a member of the Central Presbyterian Church and the Moose Auxiliary. Survivors include her husband, Clifton; a daughter, Mrs. Willie Patterson of Denver, Colo.

5th St. died at 2:45 p.m. Wednesday at Our Lady of Mercy Hospital. She was a retired dry cleaning employe. Born April 27, 1903, in Island, she had lived in Owensboro for 48 years and was a member of the Hall Street Baptist Church.

Survivors include a brother, Welbern Embry of Owensboro, and four nephews. Services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday at the Delbert J. Glenn Funeral Home by the Rev. W.

GEORGE W. WHOBREY George W. Whobrey, 59, of 717 Walnut Park Drive died at 12:05 p.m. Wednesday at the Owensboro-Daviess County Hospital. He was an employe of General Electric stem department, 27 years.

Born in McLean County on May 30, 1911, he had lived in Owensboro eight years and was a member of the Calhoun Baptist Church; American Legion, James L. Yates Post No. and the Vienna Masonic Lodge No. 423, He was a veteran of World War II. Survivors include his widow, Mrs.

Alfreda Whobrey; a daughter, Mrs. Robert E. Noffsinger of Greenville; his stepmother, Mrs. Delia Whobrey of Bowling Green; a sister, Mrs. Hallie Kirk Phoenix, a brother, James Whobrey of Evansville, two stepbrothers, Preston and Howard Miller, both of Bowling Green; a half-brother, Charles Whobrey of Evansville; and three half-sisters, Mrs.
