SAN ANTONIO AP) Jurors in the retrial of Enrique Salinas convicted the Eagle Pass banker-rancher Saturday of misapplying funds from the now-defunct Citizens State Bank of Carrizo Springs. U.S. District Judge William Sessions set sentencing for July 8. Salinas, 38, faces a seven-year prison term and a $15,000 fine. Assistant Attorney General Charles Campbell and Willis Flowers declined to comment on whether the state would seek a new trial. "The only thing I'm seeking." Campbell said, "is about a week's vacation."
