On Wednesday, March 22, the Pharos-Tribune and Press received a package mailed Dec. 21, three months earlier, at Cleveland, Ohio, by the Newspaper Enterprise Association. The package contained the "Out Our Way" and "Our Boarding -House" comic strips which appear regularly in this newspaper.

When they didn't arrive back in December, the editor had to order duplicates by phone, and they arrived on time. No one seems to know where this package has been laying since it was postmarked Dec. 21. At least this wasn't as bad as the Perm Central mail car full of mail that was found recently in Maryland after being lost for 25 months.
