Wolfe, 69, former chief labor negotiator for the railroad industry, will be said at 11 m. tomorrow in Notre Dame. Catholic Church, 64 Norfolk Clarendon Hills. Mr. Wolfe, who died Saturday in West Suburban Hospital, Oak Park, was prominent in railroad labor negotiation from 1959 to 1967 as chairman of the National Railway Labor ence.

He lived at 226 Holmes Clarendon Hills. Survivors include his widow, Grace; a son, James two a sister; and seven grandchildren. Jacob Wagner Jacob Wagner, 76, formerly of 1437 W. Granville died yesterday in Orlando, where he moved six years ago. Mr.

Wagner was a retired of Troen Wagner, commission merchants, 63 South Water Market. Surviving are his widow, Rose; 3 sons, LeRoy, Fred, and Elias; a daughter, Mrs. Miriam Cohen; a step-daughter, Mrs. Phyllis Oldstein; 16 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Services will be held at 11 a.

m. tomorrow in the chapel at 111 Skokie Wilmette. Carl J. Powers Mass for Carl J. Powers, 55, of 1000 Elmwood Lane, Elk Grove Village, employe in THE TRIBUNE's composing room since Nov.

26, 1956, will be held at 11 a. m. tomorrow i in Queen of the Rosary Church, 750 Elk Grove Elk Grove Village. Mr. Powers died Sunday in St.

Alexius Hospital, Elk Grove. Surviving are his widow, Charlotte; two brothers, Raymond D. and Robert and two sisters, Mrs. Florence Hayes and Mrs. Shirley Santoio.

Two Killed in Flaming Auto Crash Two Lansing men were killed in a fiery auto crash early yesterday in Calumet City. Calumet City police said the victims' car, westbound in Michigan City Road, went out of control near Forest Hills Road, skidded 165 feet into a ditch, jumped 20 feet, slammed into several trees, and burst into flames. Both victims were trapped in the wreckage. They were tentatively identified by police as Louis Van Wieren, 23, of 18041 Wentworth Lansing, and Peter Verkaik, 23, of 17302 Chicago Lansing. Thomas M.

Kirk, 54, of. 1964 Second Highland Park, was killed early yesterday when his automobile collided with a truck 1 near Corbin, Ky. Kirk, a water treatment operator. at Fort Sheridan, was returning home with his daughter, Susan, 19, from a vacation in North Carolina. She hospitalized in Southeast Kentucky Baptist Hospital in Corbin.

Up to midnight Sunday, 440 persons had been killed in traffic accidents in Cook County since Dec. 31. Of those, 227 were in Chicago, where 32,080 persons were injured in the same period. Deaths Elsewhere Dr. Winthrop M.

Broadway, 1 Fatally Shot as 2 Colleges' Students Fight WILBERFORCE, Ohio, Nov. 1 (UPD-A student was shot to death and several others were injured early today when a fight broke out between students of Wilberforce and Central State Universities. Greene County sheriff's deputies identified the victim as Mantel Crenshaw, 22, a freshman at Wilberforce from Canton, Ohio. The sheriff's office said a group of students from Central State attended a movie held at the nearby Wilberforce campus.

Police said about 50 to 60 students from each of the schools took part in the fight. He said it was believed that four shots were fired, but only one struck Crenshaw. Detective Normal Crosswhite said at least four or five persons were also injured 1 in the clash. A. W.

Robertson Dies, Former U.S. Senator LEXINGTON, Nov. 1 (P) -Former Sen. A. Willis Robertson of Virginia, 84, who served in the Senate for 20 years, died in a hospital here today.

Robertson, a Democrat, was chairman of the Senate Banking and Currency Committees when he was defeated in a bid for renomination for a fourth full term in the 1966 Democratic primary. William B. Spong who defeated Robertson, went on to win the general election. After his defeat, Robertson became a consultant for the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development in Washington, a post he held until his recent retirement.
