Arthur L. Dees, son of Mrs. Edward Hausner, 1199 N. Hermitage saved Debra Cornelius, 8, from being struck by a car on Oct. 11, 1963.

An ironworker working nearby, Sam Subers, 42, of Strongs-ville, also was felled by the gas when he entered the sewer. today in the chapel at 2024 E. 75th st. Dr. Charles Henry Johnson Funeral services for Dr. Charles Henry Johnson, 82, of Alameda, an eye, ear, nose, and throat specialist in the Woodlawn area for 50 years before he retired in 1956, were held yesterday in Alameda.
