Last Monday being the fiftieth anniversary of their marriage, their children planned a little gathering that will make the day one of pleasant memories. Children and grandchildren to tho number of eighteen, accompanied by several friends of the family, gathered at the McBIair home, make it a sacred duty to see that all cards issued to his children are properly indorsed and that pupils are furnished with proper excuses in all cases of absence or tardiness. I am well satisfied with the work of all departments as shown by the reports which the teachers have made to me. I wish to thank all concerned for the support given to us in our work. These are your schools and we are your servants and wish that our service may be the best we can render.
