She was a member of Chris Episcopal church of Eureka. She is survived by her parents Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth L. Gilson of Fortuna: an aunt, Mrs.

C. Rogers, and a grandmother, Mrs George Phillips, Fortuna; a cousin, George Phillips of Mayvillc New York, and other relatives in the bay area and Sacramento. WALTER L. McCULLOUGH Walter I. "Casey" McCullough died January 4 at Trinity hospital Weaverville after a lengthy illness. Born In Santa Clara, Sept. 1, 1880.

McCullough spent most of his life in' Humboldt county with the exception of the last 12 years when he lived in Trinity county. He worked as an electrical engineer and telephone lineman.
