There will be extras, too, to give a real Christmas touch to Christmas Day meals. Hera Is the army's Christmas menu, planned by catering advisers: Breakfast Cereal, fried egg and ham; toast and coffee. Dinner Roast turkey with onion and bread dressing; fried bread pork cutlets, giblet gravy, creamed potatoes and buttered cauliflower; plum pudding with rum sauce, rolls, tea.

Supper Clear 'urkey soup; baked ham with mustard pickles; mince pie, bread and tea. The air force menus wlil be approximately the same. Fowl and pork will be a welcome change for the soldiers and fcir men whose meat ration is mostly beef and, mutton, with occasional dishes of liver or kidney.
