Use side of a corrugated cheese cutter or fork to flatten each bit of dough to -inch thickness in pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Cookies do not brown while baking. Remove from pan. When cool, sprinkle with sifted confectioners' sugar.
