OATS--Receipts, 3,993 bushels by car. Shipments from elevators, 200 bushels. Stock in elevators, 72,168 bushels. Supplies of oats show some increase here. Demand is fair in a jobbing way.

Choice, heavy weight oats command a good premium over the average run and lighter weights. No. white oats, 41a45c. per bushel, 8a to weight and location. Lumber Orders Decline Washington, April 20 (AP) -The National Lumber Manufacturers' Association today reported orders for the week ending April 14 as reported by 1,511 lumber mills lower than during any of the preceding six weeks. Orders totaled 193,272,000 feet, compared with 194,626,000 feet for the previous week.

Production climbed to 207,960,000 feet from 202,568,000 feet in the previous six-day period, while shipments dropped to 193,361,000, compared with 194,653,000 feet.
